Collision Avoidance System "MeRadar"
Contributing to safer work practices! It informs about the direction and area of warning targets.
This is a millimeter-wave radar-based collision prevention system designed for forklifts, large heavy machinery, and various work vehicles. It strongly supports on-site safety through precise distance measurement in meters. 【Key Features】 ◇ Accurate area detection in meters: By using millimeter-wave radar, reliable distance settings can be made according to the site environment and application, such as 1.5m, 3.0m, and 4.5m. ◇ Intuitive visualization of danger direction: In two-direction detection, the left and right radars and warning lights work in conjunction. LED flashes and buzzer sounds instantly convey the "direction" and "distance" of approaching danger to the operator. ◇ "Three levels of warning" and "vehicle control" according to the situation: The warning levels are categorized into three stages based on the degree of danger: [Confirmation Alert], [Caution Alert], and [Emergency Warning]. In the most dangerous areas, options for automatic vehicle behavior control, such as forced engine shutdown or rapid deceleration, can also be selected. 【Benefits of Implementation】 It significantly contributes to preventing serious contact and entrapment accidents with people and obstacles without sacrificing on-site work efficiency. 【Main Compatible Vehicle Types】 Forklifts, small to large heavy machinery, and various work vehicles, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
